1. Services Overview Klik Tik provides marketing technology solutions including web development, CRM systems, marketing automation, and related services for businesses. Use of our services is subject to these terms and any separate agreements signed.
2. Account and Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or engaging with our services.
3. Payment and Billing Payments for services are due according to the billing cycle defined in your service agreement or order form. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Use Restrictions You may not use our services:

• For unlawful purposes
• To infringe on intellectual property rights
• To transmit viruses, spam, or malicious software
• To gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

5. Intellectual Property All materials, software, and content provided by Klik Tik remain our intellectual property unless explicitly assigned otherwise in a signed agreement. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use our services during your active agreement.
6. Data Protection and Privacy Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. You agree to comply with all applicable privacy laws regarding data you collect or share with us.
7. Third-Party Services We may integrate third-party platforms such as Stripe, Google, and Twilio. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klik Tik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Subscription Cancellation

   Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by submitting a cancellation request through our support channels. Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period for which payment has already been made. The customer will continue to have full access to the services during this period. No additional charges will be applied after the current billing cycle ends, and future scheduled payments will be cancelled.

   Klik Tik does not provide partial refunds for unused time within an active billing period. All services paid for are delivered in full until the subscription’s end date.

10. Generative AI Disclaimer Klik Tik may use large language models (“Generative AI”) to create content, posts, and other assets for your digital platforms. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving such content. If errors are discovered, Klik Tik’s sole obligation will be to correct them upon notice.
11. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ontario.
